Yes, we do not perform formal educational evaluations to diagnose for learning disabilities. We can mention the significant differences between intelligence and academic deficits. This testing is an additional charge and is not covered by insurance.

Closer to your appointment time, an estimated cost of benefits will be added to your portal account. This will be in the documents section for you to review. Keep in mind that with deductable based plans this estimate can fluctuate closer to your appointment date.
No, our Providers are Psychologist and LPCs they do not prescribe medications or handle medication management.
If medication management is needed, the report from the evaluation can be taken to a Psychiatrist or a PCP. Together you can to discuss possible options for treatment and determine if beginning medication is the best option at that time.
Yes, During the intake you Provider will interact with both you and your child. This is an important part of the process to ensure that all of your needs/concerns are addressed in the testing portion of the evaluation.
Yes, we can perform an ASD Evaluation for all ages beginning at age 3.
Yes, we accept both Medicaid/Soonercare for children as well as Adults.
*For Therapy with one of our LPC Providers we can accept Medicaid/Soonercare clients up to the age of 19.
No, our office does not require a referral in order to be scheduled. Though some insurances may require this for payment. Please confirm with your insurance your specific plan requirements.
To request an appointment, please complete our New Client Paperwork. Once this information is received, paperwork will be sent to be completed. Upon completion, our Client Coordinator will reach out to add you to the schedule.
To ensure that each evaluation is handled diligently and with the time and care it deserves, the amount of new clients that can be seen per week is limited. This causes appointment spots to fill up quickly, and increases the waittime to be seen.

Due to the high demand for services and volume of clients our office sees we work as diligently as possible to complete assessments in a timely manner.
To aid in this process, here are a few things you can do:
Complete all documents in a timely manner so we can get you scheduled.
Keep scheduled appointments. Missing an appointment can result in a long delay in getting you rescheduled, or potentially not being rescheduled due to our Cancellation policy.
Completing report measures that are sent by your technician will help prevent delay in scheduling the Feedback appointment.
-A Feedback appointment will NOT be scheduled until this is completed, as it is a vital part of the assessment.
